MiSHG started in 2012 as a dream that we consistantly worked towards, we have been called conspiracy theorists and doomsday preppers, but we never stopped working toward a more self sufficient & prepared life. We have been lucky enough to live throughout Michigan in the last 10+ years understanding and learning in rural, city and off-grid living. It is all hands on deck from the youngest to the oldest in this grand adventure of survival and homesteading encompassing and sharing all that beautiful Michigan has to offer.
